Production Plan	Students are to create a written production plan consisting of a animation production management plan a data management strategy and a backup plan	Wk 4	5
Participation	Students are expected to contribute in some manner to the progress of another student(s) project and document/describe their participation and maintain good attendance	Wk 7/14	10
Journal	The student is to create a written journal describing their progress and experiences during the animation production (preferably as a web-log or “blog”). The blogs will be assessed every fortnight (1% / fortnight) with a final journal summary at the end of session worth 3%	Wk 8	10
Character Pipeline Proof	Students are to create an appropriate written technical proof of the proposed character pipeline that documents the technical aspects necessary for the chosen animation discipline.	Wk 8	30
Tracking Documentation	Students are to document evidence/compliance of the progress and adaptation of their production plan, their data management strategy and backup plan.	Wk 14	15
Final Animation	Students are to analyse and plan a simple sequence of movements that both test the function of the character setup as well as explore the character’s personality. Dynamics	Wk 14	30
